The project was conceived to provide accommodation for the boys at the Volon Community Pope John Paul XXIII premises. The spatial requirements included; office, dining room, bathroom for gents and ladies 9 bedrooms of varied sizes, Chapel, Entertainment room and Store. To allow for future expansion we designed a three storey building that utilized existing facilities like the kitchen and the laundry unit.
