The project entailed construction of 41 apartments on a plot measuring approximately 1 acre. Bon-Arch undertook the lead consultancy roles coordinating the in-put of a broad team of consultants both domestic and international. The design embraced modern interior look and feel with a contemporary finish on the exterior façade. The scale of the spaces have been deliberately proportioned to achieve an opulent feel.
